Program Overview
Discovery Health CME has gathered a group of key opinion leaders to discuss female hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD). The program will explore the underlying causes of this condition, including physical and psychological concerns. Specific treatment options for HSDD and strategies to help improve communication with patients will also be addressed.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Define female hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD).
- Identify potential underlying causes of HSDD, including physical and psychological issues.
- Describe specific treatments for sexual dysfunction related to the physical changes of menopause.
- List strategies to improve sexual history-taking skills and help women feel comfortable discussing sexual problems.
