Clifford A. Hudis, M.D., is Chief of Breast Cancer Medicine Service, Attending Physician, and Member of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He is also Professor of Medicine at Weill Medical College of Cornell University.
Dr. Hudis received his medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania where he went on to complete his internship and residency. He carried out his fellowship in medical oncology and hematology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Hudis is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology.
Dr. Hudis is a member of several medical societies including the American College of Physicians, American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), Society for the Study of Breast Diseases, and American Association for Cancer Research. He is the co-chair of the Breast Committee for Cancer and Leukemia Group B and the past chair of the Internet Services Committee of ASCO. Dr. Hudis lectures extensively and has authored or co-authored over 100 articles and abstracts that have appeared in publications such as Cancer, the Journal of Clinical Oncology, and the New England Journal of Medicine. Dr. Hudis is a member of the NCCN Breast Cancer Panel and Adjuvant Therapy in Breast Cancer Task Force.
