Lori J. Goldstein, M.D., is Director of the Breast Evaluation Center and Leader of the Breast Cancer Research Program at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Goldstein received her medical degree at the State University of New York Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and her oncology fellowship at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland. She is board certified in medical oncology.
Dr. Goldstein has been recognized on the list of "The Best Doctors in America" six times, including her 2005-2006 designation. She serves on the editorial advisory boards of the Journal of the National Cancer Institute and the Journal of Clinical Oncology, and has additional review experience with the Journal of Biochemical Pharmacology, Blood, British Journal of Cancer, Cancer Research, Nature Genetics, Cancer, and Clinical Cancer Research. Dr. Goldstein is widely published in the leading industry journals. She holds membership with the American College of Physicians, American Association for Cancer Research, American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Association for the Advancement of Science, and Women in Cancer Research. Dr. Goldstein is a member of the NCCN Adjuvant Therapy in Breast Cancer Task Force, HER2 Testing Task Force, and Breast Cancer Panel.
